If you're reading this on day one — bookmark this page and work through in this order:
- Overview — five minutes. Sets context for everything else.
- AI terminology — two minutes. Pin down the words this Playbook uses.
- Installing Claude Desktop or OpenAI Codex or Microsoft 365 Copilot — pick one and install it. Either runs every skill in this Playbook.
- Using a skill — the four-step pattern (load → attach → run → review).
- Pick one skill that maps to the most painful part of your current workload. Run it once with real data. That's the proof.
Once a skill is running cleanly, browse Scheduled Tasks and schedule one or two of those — the daily and weekly digests are the easiest wins because they arrive in your inbox whether or not you remember to ask.
