Your first 90 days
Phased adoption plan over your new hire's first quarter.
1
Days 1-30
Set the proof kit and the production line
2
Days 31-60
Localize for the branches and start the content cadence
3
Days 61-90
Trade shows, training, and the supplier launch calendar
The first ninety days. Each phase compounds on the previous one — the skills you ship in days 1–30 are the inputs to the automations in days 31–60, and so on.

- Stand up the draft-sales-sheet workflow with the first three priority product lines Aaron names.
- Tour the Memphis lab and at least one branch (Boise or Chicago) to capture observations for brand-ambassador content.
- Schedule the weekly competitive-watch brief to land in Aaron's inbox every Monday morning.

Trade show radar
A monthly look at upcoming packaging trade shows, regional industry events, supplier-hosted technical conferences, and association meetings (MHEDA, MHI, PMMI, ISTA) over the next 6 months. Lets the Product Specialist and Aaron plan booth investments, content tie-ins, and supplier-meeting opportunities further out than the trade-show-packet skill covers.
